Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of vessel performance and Green shipping campaigns on the quality of the existing fleet and their implications for the satisfaction of charterers of vessels owned by PT Pertamina International Shipping. The research adopts a quantitative approach using a survey method with a cross-sectional design. The study population consists of all charterers of PT Pertamina International Shipping in 2024, totaling 33 companies, and the sample size of 117 respondents was determined using the Taro Yamane (Slovin) formula. Data were collected through questionnaires measured on a Likert scale and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method. The findings are expected to demonstrate that vessel performance and Green shipping campaigns have a positive effect on the quality of the existing fleet. Furthermore, the quality of the existing fleet is expected to have a positive influence on charterer satisfaction and to function as a mediating variable in the relationship between vessel performance, Green shipping campaigns, and the satisfaction of charterers of PT Pertamina International Shipping.
