Perancangan Sistem Collaborative Shopping dan Pemanfaatan Toko Offline untuk Optimalisasi E-Commerce
Abstract
The rapid development of e-commerce and offline stores demands more efficient integration to improve the consumer shopping experience. This research designs a collaborative shopping system that utilizes physical stores with a distributed data topology to optimize e-commerce. Collaborative shopping allows consumers to share experiences and product recommendations virtually, increasing engagement and supporting community-based purchasing decisions. However, the main challenge in e-commerce is data management and logistics to efficiently connect online platforms and offline stores. Implementing a distributed data topology can overcome these challenges, by improving real-time data management, speeding up transactions, and supporting consumer behavior analysis. This research uses an exploratory approach based on user experience to identify problems such as a lack of stock transparency in offline stores and the absence of a purchase cost sharing feature. The results of this research are expected to improve e-commerce operational efficiency, provide a more holistic shopping experience, and accelerate the growth of the e-commerce sector.
