The Influence of Academic Supervision and Principal Leadership Style on Teacher Performance in Elementary Schools in Pidie Regency
Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of academic supervision and principal leadership style on teacher performance in Elementary Schools in Grong-Grong District and Batee District, Pidie Regency. The research method is quantitative with a correlation research type. The research sample was 77 teachers. Data collection used a questionnaire technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis assisted by SPSS version 26. The results of the study showed that academic supervision did not affect teacher performance in Elementary Schools in Grong-Grong District and Batee District, Pidie Regency. The principal's leadership style had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Elementary Schools in Grong-Grong District and Batee District, Pidie Regency. Academic supervision and principal leadership style had a positive and significant effect on teacher performance in Elementary Schools in Grong-Grong District and Batee District, Pidie Regency.
