Implementasi Strategi Transformasi Layanan Unggulan Berbasis One Health di RSUD Cibinong Kabupaten Bogor
Abstract
Program Implementation, Participation, Culture, SenHealth service transformation is a strategic step in improving the quality of hospital services, especially in dealing with zoonotic diseases and emerging infections. RSUD Cibinong has implemented the One Health concept as part of its flagship service transformation strategy, which integrates human, animal, and environmental health. Innovations implemented include the BOGOR HADE App for digital monitoring of zoonotic diseases, CAGEUR as a telemedicine and homecare service, and YANKESTRAD which combines herbal medicine and holistic therapy with modern medicine. This research used a descriptive qualitative method with participatory observation techniques, interviews, Focus Group Discussions (FGDs), and documentation, which was conducted over five months (August-December 2024). Triangulation techniques were applied to increase data validity, with thematic analysis that included data reduction and identification of main themes. The results showed that the implementation of the One Health strategy at Cibinong General Hospital went well. Planning was done with a collaborative approach between the hospital, local government, and academics. The identification of problems faced included the high prevalence of zoonotic diseases and emerging infections, as well as the lack of understanding of medical personnel regarding the One Health concept, Strategic steps include the development of the BOGOR HADE application, as well as the preparation of regulations and socialization to the community and medical personnel. The implementation of these strategies has shown positive results, such as a 30% increase in service access and 85% patient satisfaction. However, challenges such as medical personnel's lack of understanding of One Health and resistance to digital technology remain. Continuous training for medical personnel is a solution to overcome these obstacles.
