Implementasi Manajemen Proyek Pembangunan Radar Cuaca Tipe C-Band dan S-Band
Abstract
The implementation of weather radar development projects requires optimal management to ensure timely completion, budget adherence, and expected quality. This study analyzes the application of project management in the procurement and installation of C-Band and S-Band weather radars in Indonesia. The methods used include project scope identification, detailed task structuring, critical path analysis, and risk mitigation strategies at each project stage. The results show that the key factors influencing project success are structured time planning, human resource coordination, and risk management throughout the process, from procurement to final testing. With effective project management, weather radar projects can be executed more efficiently and contribute to improving Indonesia’s weather monitoring system
