Audit Energi untuk Mengoptimalkan Penghematan Konsumsi Listrik di Kantor PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur
Abstract
The use of electrical energy plays an important role in supporting various activities in office buildings, which directly contribute to building operations. As the need for electricity increases every year, the availability of energy sources is decreasing. Therefore, an energy audit is a crucial step in assessing energy utilization, finding savings opportunities, and increasing the efficiency of its use. PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur is a company operating in the construction services sector. This study uses a literature study method on energy conservation and observation through direct observation and measurement at the PT. Tunas Jaya Sanur Office Building. Measurements include lighting levels, room temperature, and Energy Consumption Intensity (IKE) analysis in each room. The research findings indicate that the IKE value in air-conditioned rooms reaches 12.7 kWh/m²/month, which is included in the efficient category. Meanwhile, the IKE for rooms without air conditioning is 0.37 kWh/m²/month. The total annual IKE for the building reaches 148.9 kWh/m²/year.
