Penyimpanan Protokol Notaris secara Elektronik menurut Hukum Progresif
Abstract
This research aims to analyze the storage of notary protocols according to progressive law. The research type is normative juridical using data analysis methods based on primary legal materials in the form of Law Number 2 of 2014 concerning the Position of Notaries and secondary legal materials in the form of books and scientific articles related to Satjipto Raharjo's progressive legal concepts and cyber notary. The research results show that the keeping of notary protocols according to progressive law shows that the law must adapt to technological developments to meet the needs of modern society. Progressive law emphasizes the importance of legal flexibility and responsiveness in responding to changing times, including in the context of digitalization. The implementation of the cyber notary strategy in storing notary protocols is in line with progressive legal principles which prioritize legal adaptation to technological advances. Progressive legal theory is a relevant framework for analyzing these changes, emphasizing that the law must be continuously updated to suit technological advances and the needs of Society.
