The The Influence of Reputation, Service Quality, and Price Perception on Repurchase Intention of Galeri 24 Precious Metals with Customer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable: A Study at One Galeri 24 Outlet in DKI Jakarta
Abstract
This study aims to analyze and explain the effects of reputation, service quality, and price perception on repurchase intention for Galeri 24 precious metals, with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable among customers of one Galeri 24 outlet in DKI Jakarta. This study employs a quantitative approach, with a population consisting of customers who have previously purchased precious metals at one Galeri 24 outlet in DKI Jakarta. The sampling technique used was non-probability sampling, with a total sample of 193 respondents. The data used in this study consisted of primary data obtained through questionnaires and secondary data collected from various relevant sources. Data analysis was conducted using the Structural Equation Modeling–Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS) method with the assistance of SmartPLS 3 software. The results of the study show that: (1) reputation, service quality, and price perception have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction; (2) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention for precious metals; and (3) customer satisfaction positively and significantly mediates the effects of reputation, service quality, and price perception on repurchase intention for Galeri 24 precious metals among customers of one Galeri 24 outlet in DKI Jakarta
